Here are some of the top trends right now.

1. Light and airy
Natural light has physical and mental benefits — and home buyers know that. People want to feel more

Which ROOM Do you spend most of your TIME in?
1-Living Room?
2-Kitchen?
3-Master-bed Room?
4-Basement?

Rooms in the home hold value for different things.  For example, the Kitchen is often called the heart of the home whereas some people feel their Master Suite is a relaxing retreat to get away from the stressors of the day and enjoy moments of Solitude. The Living room is comfortable for conversations with guests and the Basement tends to hold the Fun stuff with games, Tv's, theatre's, bars and activities.

So tell us, Which room do you spend most of your time in?  We want to hear from you!
