The Silver Berry neighbourhood in Mill Woods, which is next to the Bisset neighbourhood, is situated inside the Meadows Area Structure Plan (ASP), which establishes the western half of the ASP. The neighbourhood is bordered to the east by 17th Street, to the south by 23rd Avenue, and to the west by 34th Street in addition to Mill Creek.
The southern part of Silver Berry was previously used for agricultural agriculture, but the northern section of the neighbourhood, which is close to Mill Creek, was left in its natural state. Apartments, row homes, single- and semi-detached houses, and other forms of housing are all present in Silver Berry.
In the middle of the neighbourhood, next to a linear park, is a sizable school and park site that is encircled by residential land use. Residents benefit greatly from Mill Creek, which runs the entire length of the neighborhood's northern boundary. Silver Berry provides residents with exceptional access to outdoor amenity space by including public access to Mill Creek as well as a variety of additional parks and open space corridors.
