I have been in the Real Estate Business since 2001. I have traveled extensively throughout Canada, and there is no place where I feel more at home than Edmonton. My wonderful wife, Azra - and I, have two beautiful children, Shivani & Rahul.
I have a Masters’s Degree in Business Administration; this has helped me become a leader in the Residential Real Estate market. I am also a licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate and a member of NAR; National Association of REALTORS ®, a licensed Senior’s Specialist, a licensed Relocation Specialist & an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. I also stand as a designated member of FRI; a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute.
Myself & Azra ranked top 1% out of 18,000 RLP Associates throughout Canada, throughout the country. Over the years, I have been awarded the Diamond Award & the Red Diamond Award; top 3% across Canada, the Medallion Award; top 1% in Edmonton & Directors Platinum Award; top 0.5% in Canada, along with being in the top 100 REALTORS ® all across Canada. My Team also ranks in the Top 10 Teams in Canada & we work hard to maintain this status.
The backbone of my business is my outstanding Team of Agents along with our Office Staff which consists of an Office Manager, Listings Coordinator, Internal Sales Associate, Closing Specialist, and Marketing Director. Royal LePage Director’s Platinum Award—Mani & Azra rank in the top 5% of REALTORS® out of more than 16,000+ Royal LePage Associates across Canada consecutively from 2003 to the present.
Edmonton MLS System Sales Award—Awarded only to the Top 5% out of all Real Estate Sale Associates in Edmonton. Mani & Azra have received this award consecutively since 2006.
Royal LePage Award of Excellence—Mani & Azra have received the Award of Excellence consecutively from 2007 to the present. Only awarded to Associates who have achieved the President’s Gold or higher levels of achievement 5 years out of the previous 7 years.

Royal LePage Red Diamond Award—This is a regional production-based award that recognizes Royal LePage REALTORS® who earn $500,000 in closed and collected gross commission income annually. Mani & Azra were awarded this achievement in 2018 & 2019.
Metro Edmonton Community Choice—Every year Metro Edmonton hosts an online nomination site where people from the community can go to nominate their favorite businesses and/or professionals from the Edmonton area so they can be recognized. Mani was not only nominated but Awarded.
Mani has also earned the Million Dollar Guild (GUILD) Recognition® owned by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing®. The GUILD recognition is awarded to residential real estate professionals performing in the million-dollar and above market.
